Broadstripe (formerly Millennium Digital Media) Names Eric Freesmeier as Chief People Officer

St. Louis, MO (January 8, 2008) - Broadstripe (formerly Millennium Digital Media) announced that it has hired Eric Freesmeier as its Chief People Officer. Eric's primary responsibilities in this position will involve overseeing H.R function, organizational development, and helping the company successfully solve strategic and operational business issues through people.

Prior to joining Broadstripe, he was President of Deepwater Enterprises, LLC, a company he founded to help fund and advise startup and emerging businesses across multiple industries; provide executive advisory services to CEOs and their top teams; and management consulting, executive coaching and talent acquisition services for large companies. Before that, Mr. Freesmeier was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, for Charter Communications, Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Edison Brothers Stores, Inc. and held various senior management positions at Montgomery Ward. Mr. Freesmeier holds BS degrees in Marketing and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Management Degree in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
