BILLING STATEMENT
Our bills are clearly organized, easy to
read and simple for you to find details
about your services and charges.
- Broadstripe Account Number
- Payment Due Date
- Service Period
Your Broadstripe bill also includes:
- Prior balance due for previously
provided service
- Any payments received and applied
to your account
- Current charges for all services
- Detailed breakout of applicable
taxes and fees
- Combined service discounts

ONLINE BILLING CUSTOMERS
Simply login to broadstripe.com, select
“Online Billing” and then select the link for
Maryland Customers. From this site you will
be able to register by simply entering your
phone number and then the last 4 digits
of your phone
number as a default PIN —
then follow the instructions to establish
online billing.
In addition to being able to pay your bill online
and view your billing history, there are several
other features
available on this online billing
system, including:
- View your latest bill
- Order pay-per-view (PPV) and review your
PPV order history
- Enable or disable PPV services for security
- Change your PIN

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Recurring payments: Saves you time by
pre-authorizing your bill payments. Each
month we’ll automatically withdraw your
amount due from your bank account or
charge your credit card on your account
due date. Call us at 877-882-7623 and we’ll
set it up.
- Online billing: Securely receive and pay
your bill each month from anywhere you
have internet access. To enroll, go to
broadstripe.com and select “Online Billing.”
• By phone: Pay your bill anytime 24/7 over
the phone through our automated bill
payment option using a MasterCard or Visa
credit or debit card. Just call 877-882-7623
and follow the prompts.
- By check: Make your check payable to
Broadstripe and mail it with your payment
stub in the envelope that’s included with
your bill.
- Local payment center: For a list of local
payment stations, please visit broadstripe.com
and select “Support” then “Payment Centers.”
Payment centers are located throughout our
service area.

NEW BILL DELIVERY OPTION — GO GREEN!
- We can now provide a paperless email bill: To
establish this option, call us at 877-882-7623
and we’ll set up your account to deliver your bill
in PDF format via email monthly.

PAY-PER-VIEW (PPV)
Ordering can be done by:
- Calling our standard
customer service phone number at 877-882-7623,
then following the prompts to order;
- Ordering
online from broadstripe.com and selecting “Online
Billing”; or 3) ordering directly from your digital
cable receiver and remote control:
- From the main menu, select PPV to view all of
the programs currently available.
- Highlight the title and press ”OK” to display the
program information screen.
- Highlight ”BUY” and press ”OK,” and then
follow the on-screen prompts to complete
your order.
