Customers can easily access the increased speeds by simply rebooting their modem. Unplug the power cord on the modem for about 30 seconds and then reconnect it. Once the modem completes its connection cycle, the new speeds should be established. Speeds between the customer's computer and the greater Internet - the connection that Broadstripe provides - can be measured below:
