*Visa Gift Card Offer Redemption is available after installation and payment of first month of service and any applicable installation or activation fees. Customer will receive a certificate within 2 to 4 weeks from activation of new eligible Broadstripe service. Customer must complete and mail the Certificate to Mpell to receive their gift card. Envelope must be postmarked within 30 days of qualifying activity. Customer must include a copy of their most recent monthly Broadstripe bill and include $2.95 for shipping and handling costs.
